About your stay at Château de Détilly – please note:
- All the buildings are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping, including the Coach-house. We also kindly request that no-one smoke or vape in the pool area or on the château terraces.
Elsewhere on the property, we ask smokers to respect non-smokers and to use the individual ashtrays we will provide, so as to avoid littering and any fire hazard.
- We cannot accept animals of any description other than our own. Please do not feed any animals (including fish) you might meet in the park.
- The smaller enclosed garden in front of the conservatory of the Coach-house is reserved exclusively for those guests staying there. Please respect their privacy!
- Château de Détilly is a peaceful elegant property. We kindly ask that you behave accordingly.
Covid-19:
Your safety and that of our staff are our absolute priority, and we will do our utmost to contribute to it.
Social distancing should not be an issue at Château de Détilly given its proportions, but we will be following any regulations and recommendations applicable at the time of your stay, particularly in terms of reinforced disinfection procedures, and ask that you do the same.
If by any chance the conditions when you stay with us make it impossible for us to provide certain services the way we normally would, we ask for your indulgence, in the interest of the health of all.
