2024 Rates
Bed & breakfast (breakfast included):
- Lion and Balcony Rooms: 205 euros for the 1st night -- 180 euros / additional night for 2 persons (180 -- 160 euros for 1 person)
- Rabelais and de Valori Rooms: 190 euros for the 1st night -- 165 euros / additional night for 2 persons (165 -- 145 euros for 1 person)
- Optional extra single bed in the Lion or de Valori Rooms (3 persons maximum in total): 50 euros / night supplement
- In addition there is a local tourist tax of 0.70 euros per guest 18 y.o. or more and per night.
- Check-in time is between 16.00 and 20.00 (4 and 8 pm), check-out time is 11.00 (am).
- 2024 opening dates: 19 April – 5 November. Outside these dates, please enquire.
Coach-house (per week / linen & cleaning included):
- Peak season (22 June - 7 September) : 1,400 euros (up to 4 persons)
- Outside peak season : 1,200 euros (up to 4 persons)
- In accordance with applicable French legislation, a furnished holiday rental agreement will be drawn up; an inventory and condition report will also be drawn up when the keys are handed over and returned.
- In addition there is a local tourist tax of up to 62 euros / week based on the number of guests 18 y.o. or more.
- Rentals are from Saturday 17.00 (5 pm) to the following Saturday 10.00 (am).
- 2024 opening dates: 20 April – 9 November. Outside these dates, please enquire.
Payment conditions:
- A deposit of 50 % of total amount of booking is required within 7 days in order to confirm your booking, and the balance at least one month prior to start of stay.
- If you book less than one month before your stay, full payment is required immediately.
- The local tourist tax is payable on departure.
- We accept Visa and Mastercard, or transfers to our bank account, but no cheques. All reservations are made directly.
- Cancellations will be accepted up to one month before the beginning of your stay, with a full refund. After that, no refunds will be given unless we are able to re-rent your room/house for part or all of the same dates, if which case we will refund the balance minus 30 euros. Of course we will follow any applicable legislation on cancellations under exceptional circumstances such as the Covid-19 pandemic.
